This was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Called and spoke to Seth. He walked me thru the entire process. I did my credit application online and he called me within an hour to tell me I was approved. He said to come in anytime to look at the cars. I had picked out 2 SUVs that I liked. He told me the features of both and helped me decide which one better suited my needs. I test drive it and loved it. Seth did everything from dealing with loan to making sure my iPhone was set to Bluetooth in my car. I traded in my old car and they gave me a fair price. Honestly I was so surprised by the service. It's kind of a no frill place but the service I got was the best I've ever had for a car buying experience. If you're the owner and you're reading this then you should hire more guys like Seth. He knows what he's doing and he just got you a customer for life.

I heard about TexasCarsDirect a couple years ago. At the time I was not in the market for a car. When it was time to replace my wife's car we started looking around. Being in OKC with one Mercedes Dealership we didn't have many options. We got on the TexasCarsDirect website and found a few that she liked. I visted with Kyle a few times on the phone. He was always knowledgable and gave sound recommendations. Once my wife chose her vehicle the process was simple and easy. Gave them a deposit and picked up the car the following week. The car had everything that was listed was and was ready for a test drive when we arrived. And within a couple of hours we were on our way back home with our new Mercedes. I will be using TexasCarsDirect and Kyle for our next vehicle purchase (hopefully next time it will be me picking out my new ride). We saved thousands of dollars and was able to get a car 2 years newer, more options and 30K less miles than what our Mercedes dealership was offering us in OKC. I worked with Kyle Murphy at Texas Cars Direct and he was great. I purchased a 2010 Mercedes benz C300 from this dealership and am very satisfied with the car. I had the car, as well as the dealership, researched/checked out by industry experts and everything passed with flying colors. I also got great financing. A big deal to me was the communication - everytime I called or emailed Kyle (even now) - his response was almost immeditate. As a owner and inexperienced in buying cars, this is highly important.
